Committed to providing a strong customer experience, Andrea brings more than 20 years of experience supporting customers across a variety of industries. Born and raised in Kankakee, Illinois, she relocated to Brownsburg, Indiana in 2013 and now plays an important role in assisting insurance customers at the Pete Fay office. Andrea is a graduate of the University of Illinois Fire Service Institute and Parkland College, and she also holds a Business Certificate from Indiana Wesleyan University. Hello, I’m Carla Ahlen, an Account Representative licensed to assist with insurance needs such as home, auto, and life coverage here at our Brownsburg, Indiana office. I enjoy helping customers review their options and feel comfortable taking next steps. Outside of the office, I love bargain shopping to support my church’s blessing box and help provide meals for a recovery group. I’m a licensed Account Representative with a strong focus on customer service, helping customers in Brownsburg explore coverage options for their home, auto, or business insurance needs. Although I’m originally from Brownsburg, Indiana, I was raised in nearby Noblesville before returning to the area in 2002, where I’m glad to serve the local community. I’m a proud double graduate of Indiana University and the mom of two wonderful daughters.
