"As always, State Farm came to the rescue! We’ve been policy holders for 32 years and each time we’ve had excellent service.
Today I noticed that my daughter, who has had her own policy for over two years, was still listed on ours. It’s my fault for not catching this before. I figured that I would be told that only a certain period could be refunded but to my surprise, Andrea said it can all be refunded and SHE would check with the other State Farm agent for confirmation!!! What a relief that through my own error of not confirming my daughter was removed, would still make us eligible for a full refund. It’s like Christmas!
